Liquid Logos LLC Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 10 business days.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or text if a significant delay occurs.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or severe weather.

3. Shipping Restrictions
  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: We do ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
  • Excluded Regions: We currently do not ship to Any place carriers cannot deliver.

4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, UK, EU.
  • Delivery Timeline: International orders typically take 7–21 business days to arrive.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Liquid Logos LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

6. Damages, Lost Packages, and Missing Items
Liquid Logos LLC is liable for products damaged or lost during transit all packages are shipped with insurance.
  • If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Please take photos and contact our support team at shipping@liquidlogos.com to initiate a replacement or refund.

7. Local Pickup or Delivery (Optional - Remove if Online Only)
We offer delivery to schools department if applicable free of charge.
